Every Monday, you’ll go on to Freelancer.com and look for a job. Once you’ve found that job, you’ll fill out the bid sheet and send it to me in an email. It must be filled out completely and with effort, and you cannot complete a job without my approval. You will then work through the week and turn in your project on Friday for a grade. Your grade on Friday will be a combination of how hard you worked throughout the week and the complexity of the project. If your project is not completed by the end of the period on Friday, you will not get credit for the assignment.
9/6: No school
9/7: Register on Freelancer, browse jobs, pick a job and fill out the bid sheet. Send that to me through School Loop and start your project. Keep in mind, this week is one day shorter!
9/8: Independent work
9/9: Independent work
9/10: Independent work, Freelancer project due by end of period. |
PLEASE NOTE: If, at any time, you find yourself finished with the task at hand and without anything productive to do, go onto a search engine and type in the program you're working on followed by the word "tutorial". You'll find literally thousands of new things you can learn about! Remember: you will grow only as much as you force yourself to!
